Designed for dedicated netballers aged 11–13 years, playing any position, especially those at A & B club level, in Talent Squads, Rep Teams, Rep Squads, or aspiring to get there.

Term 4 will be a mix of strength and conditioning plus netball skills - designed to enhance performance and sharpen your game in the preseason. Across 5 weeks, you’ll build strength, improve conditioning, refine your skills, and gain the confidence to step into the new season at your best.

🏐 Ages & Session Times:

11–13 years (turning in 2026): 5:00PM – 6:00PM
