PRESEASON TERM 1 (SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS)

Designed for dedicated and aspiring netballers aged 9–13 years, playing any position.

This program gives you the unique opportunity to train under the guidance of current QBE NSW Swifts Academy Assistant Coach - Sharyn Hill. All programs are overseen by Paige Hadley.

Term 1 will focus on strength, conditioning, and fundamental netball skills - all designed to prepare you for the season ahead. Across 4 weeks, you’ll build strength, boost your fitness, sharpen your skills, and feel confident and ready to hit the court for the new season.

📆 4 Week Program: Monday 9th March February - Monday 30th March 2026

🏐 Ages & Session Time:

• 9 – 13 years (turning in 2026): 5:00PM – 6:00PM
