Designed for dedicated netballers aged 10–16 years, playing any position, especially those at A & B club level, in Talent Squads, Rep Teams, Rep Squads, or aspiring to get there.
This program gives you the unique opportunity to train under the guidance of a current Suncorp Super Netball player Tayla Fraser, alongside highly accredited Netball NSW Pathway coaches. All programs are overseen by Paige Hadley.
Term 3 will focus on strength, conditioning, and key netball skills - all designed to best prepare you for your upcoming netball trials. Across 6 weeks, you’ll build strength, boost your fitness, sharpen your skills, and develop the confidence to perform at your best on trial day.
📆 6 Week Program: Tuesday 4th August - Tuesday 8th September 2026
🏐 Ages & Session Times:
10–11 years (turning in 2027): 5:00PM – 6:00PM
12 - 13 years (turning in 2027): 6:00PM - 7:00PM
14 - 16 years (turning in 2027): 7:00PM - 8:00PM
