TRAIN FOR TRIALS - TERM 3 (WYONG)

Designed for dedicated netballers aged 9–14 years, playing any position, especially those at A & B club level, in Talent Squads, Rep Teams, Rep Squads, or aspiring to get there.

This program gives you the unique opportunity to train under the guidance of a current Netball NSW Pathways Coach, Jessica Morgan. All programs are overseen by Paige Hadley.

Term 3 will focus on strength, conditioning, and key netball skills - all designed to best prepare you for your upcoming netball trials. Across 5 weeks, you’ll build strength, boost your fitness, sharpen your skills, and develop the confidence to perform at your best on trial day.

📆 5 Week Program: Tuesday 28th July - Tuesday 25th August 2026

🏐 Ages & Session Times:

• 11 - 12 years (turning in 2027): 5:30PM – 6:30PM

• 13 - 14 years (turning in 2027): 6:30PM - 7:30PM
